Going to cardio rehab 3 days a week now. 3 machines @ 15 minutes, Arm Roller machine for 10 minutes and 3 pound weights for 10 minutes. Hope to get back to Senior Sneakers at our local community center when rehab is over. Will do the Bike and Treadmill there plus a yoga class.

My first day back on Sparkpeople, I first started 2009, reached my goals maybe 4 years later, and now wanting to lose 5-10 lbs with Keto. My activity isn't as high as it should be. I seems for the last three years my balance has been off and I fell about once a year. I do walk between 35 - 55 minutes with my dog. I pulled out my rebounder to start again for my balance. I am happy to see many active members on this team. It motivates me! Yuppee
