I have a 10-point checklist for my diet every day -- no, wait, I just counted and there are 11 -- and I am gonna try to get 10 points every day. If I get an average of 9 points a day in September, I am going to buy myself a new dress on the clearance rack.

Losing weight is all about the numbers. Tracking items such as calories, nutrients, serving sizes, how often you resist temptation, percentage of fresh foods, etc. People who track what they eat are more likely to lose weight. Track those numbers and post here using the up/down arrows as to whether you are above or below your high-end goals. That visual will help you see your patterns. Review these each Friday. Do you see a pattern? How do you improve your grade? Share your tips/hints.
