Hey I have done this and noticed the changes in my body and can see the differences that is one of the things that keeps me motivated to exercise and keep going because I wonder what will I look like when I reach my goal. I never used to look in the mirror before starting Spark People because all I was used to seeing was an unhappy, overweight person and thanks to Spark People and all the people on the message boards and friend on here I am changing that unhappy person into a happy one. I haven't always been overweight but I don't think I have ever been this happy. It feels good. I couldn't do it without all of you guys and your support. It makes a big difference when you have it. Going to try to get the extra time in for the challenge!!

Thats great!, I know, I know, Not to hard but it is true,

Still I can see a bit of a difference in my hip fat. That makes me so impressed that I want to see more. Me, Myself and I are My motivation (sometimes)

Try this. Stand in front of the Mirror and look at yourself. Think about it. 6 months from now look again and see whats changed.

I lay down in the tub and used to lay there and stare at my stomach, even lying flat I still saw more stomach than anything. Now I can lay down and I dont see so much of it anymore.

I look in the mirror and although I havent lost everything and am not where I want to be. I used to see a big roll of stomach and would try to fix my panties to where the roll flopped so that when I sweat it wouldnt cause sores from irritation and sweat.

I was looking at myself tonight. My stomach is tighter although I do still have a bit of the roll around the middle but its not quite as bad as it used to be.

Lady don't be soo hard on yourself and take this journey one day at a time. Remember this wouldn't be a challenge if it was easy.

I have looked and am now working on it. Ugly, fat, nasty body. It is a wake up call for sure! Will double the trip to the track! Lets do it!

This weekends Challenge is

Look at yourself or imagine.
Why are you here?
What have you accomplished?
Have you ever looked at yourself in the mirror with nothing on. If so Do you see what needs changed or if you have been here awhile what do you see has changed. Whether measurements or the scale are telling you what you want.
