Good morning everyone! I posted on Friday Weigh In but had to post here as well - I weighed in at 173 this morning. That's 1.5 down - so I think my body has adjusted to me being back on the wagon. Cordelia, I must say that I'm proud that I haven't had popcorn all week. I refuse to buy it from the store and I actually haven't been craving it. Hopefully I won't want to have it in a long time.

Shelley, sounds like you are doing a fantastic job with staying on track. Good Luck on dropping another pound for your weigh in.

I'm unfortunately a scale hopper and it's been going like a yoyo lately. Spark People has helped me to not let that get to me because I know that I'm eating healthy and getting in good workouts. Especially with all of the painting I've been doing lately.

How's everyone's week going so far? I've been really trying to check my sodium this week. I've had some crazy high days and am chugging water to counter act water retention. Still avoiding the scale until Monday's weigh in. I'm really hoping for a full pound this week.

Shelley, NEVER feel discouraged because this journey is nothing but a bunch of challenges in itself. We must always keep revamping our plans to work for our bodies. Change something up this week and see what happenes.

At the end of last week, I ran out of my late night snack and I refuse to buy it again. I LOVE popcorn and used to eat 300 calories of it after the kids went to bed. Even if I kept within my calorie range, my body really doesn't like it. So, I'm trying to cut it out of my plan.

Down another 1/2 pound this week for a total of, hold it, 1 pound since the new year. I guess I really need to kick up the cardio. I used to weigh in on Mondays but I switched so I could fret with Dedrie the night before and rejoice with her the day of :) Sooooo, this morning I was down 2.5. I'm excited but I think my body is just still in shock. I'm anticipating 1-2 from here on out as well as that 163lb plateau that discouraged me to put on the 15 that I'm re-losing now. Way to Go Debbie! Best Wishes with scale Dedrie! I also weigh in on Sundays Robin... that's when my nutrition and fitness resets so it feel weird to me to weigh in on another day. I did get up this morning and did the sparkpeople jumprope workout and the kiickboxing one. I really like the jumprope. It's way easier to wake up in the morning when I'm alone! Happy Friday!

Hey ladies! Doin well so far with the food. Haven't worked out as much as I'd like. I did get a super workout with strength and cardio intervals in Sunday and I'm still having difficulty sitting down! lol! Avoiding the scale until Monday since I tend to get a bit obsessive with it and I know that it isn't good for the head. The BF is leaving for Oslo tomorrow evening so I've also been trying to spend extra snuggle time in the mornings. Hopefully, I'll finally be less sore tomorrow and can get in a good workout! Nice work everyone! I weighed in this morning down half a pound. I would have liked more, but I'll take any loss I can get. My body loves to hold on to weight. I could eat the exact same things and have the same amount of exercise as my old room mate and she'd drop the pounds twice as fast. I'm just still trying to come to terms with the fact that my body doesn't work like that and sty focused on the prize, even if it comes slow. Anyway, happy play off Sunday and here's to the next week!

Day 4: ok. I was not prepared for lunch and then was starving in the pm. Was about 200 calories over with 2,000 cals for the day with 2 corona lights. I'm also absolutely EXHAUSTED today. I apparently didn't sleep well last night so I didn't get up to work out. Will stay in the lower end of my calorie range and kick up the cardio tomorrow.

Shelley, you are doing great at your journey. Keep it up!

Debbie, WTG on stying in control of your eating even when your not logging. When ever I try not to log I end up gaining weight.

Today was a successful day for me as well. I ate 1370 calories and got in my 60 minute workout as I promised myself. I definitely stayed active and burned away calories.

Didn't track all my calories today, but think I did fairly good. I had a wonderful day on working out.

Another good day. Worked out this am: 20 minuted aerobics and the 10 minute spark jump rope workout. Ate approx 1700 cals today (I can't remember even though I just looked) lol. Hope everyone had a great hump day!
