Thanks for thinking of me, KOSHIE, yes, I do lots of activities at the Longmont Senior Center. I also like to workout with friends and family. I find that it keeps it interesting. emoticon

1. Do a Minimum of 10 minutes of Fitness Exercise DAILY and Check-In with 4 Peas in a Pod DAILY!!
2. Continues Healthy eating Habits, this includes eating 5 Fresh Fruits and Vegetables DAILY.
3. Drink 8 glasses of Water Daily
4. Continue Strength Training
5. Lose 31 pounds

Hey Paula--
Have you checked out the Longmont Senior Center? It might be a good resource for you! I only say "might" because I have not personally checked out the Longmont location; but it it is anything like the senior exercise classes at the Arvada location (which I did investigate) then I think you'll be very pleased! (typically, the first class is free to attend)

I have been working on increasing my pace while on the Treadmill, I am up to 2mph and I walk 1/3 of a mile. My goal is to start walking 1 -2 miles daily. I have also been doing some PT for my balance. It has helped.

And, what is a workout? For me, it can be using the weight machines in the gym, or taking an exercise.class.
