I am going to give myself the exercise I need 5-6 days each week. I am going to continue sticking to my eating plan and give myself the gift of continued weight loss this month. I am going to give myself plenty of relaxation time as well, this can be one of the worst months when stress levels can run high! Definitely need the "me" time - even if that means laying on the couch watching a holiday movie or going to bed early.

I'll give myself at least 5 fruits and veggies/day. As soon as I quit paying attention to them, they disappear from my regular menu. Sigh.

Hello and welcome to December, emoticon a month full of sparkling lights, gifts, and times to cherish. This month's challenge is a little bit different since everyone's time and ability to be active differs greatly this time of year. emoticon I challenge everyone to choose one thing that they are going to give to themselves - they are not traditional gifts but rather I am going to give to myself the time to walk 30 minutes a day, or I am going to give to myself seven fruit and veggies a day.

Post here what you are going to give to yourself for the holidays and then keep us updated on how your "gift giving" is going! emoticon
