I've told a couple of folks I'd let you know when the next 5% challenge would start. It is starting. I can send you an invite if you are interested. Let me know. Basically, it is an eight week challenge. Each week several teams compete to 'fly' to a location first using exercise minutes (up to 120/day/person) to count as miles. Then we also do one healthy thing (past challenges include weigh you food or measure it, use a smaller plate, etc) each week. That changes. We chat, we try our best, and, of course, we try to lose 5% of our body weight. Not all are successful, but we all try! The teams will probably close soon ( I'm guessing this Friday or so), and the challenge will start about two weeks after that, if it goes the way the other challenges have gone.
