What works for me is having a standard eating plan, no matter what situation I'm in. Mainly veggies and protein but a small carb at every meal. I also eat small, planned, protein snacks with freggies during the day. Sometimes, my plan works too well and I'm not hungry, so eating can be a problem but I'm a work in progress! LOL
