Sorry, I'm not doing very well here. Sunday I went for a 90 minute walk with the dogs and husband, that's really it for exercise. Nutrition has been so so. Nothing great, yet nothing terrible. Saturday I spent a lot of time on my social media, Nothing else all week.

Tuesday:
Nutrition: Not too bad. Didn't eat much for dinner.
Exercise: Nothing
Personal: Had a meeting for non profit and now I have a lot to do.

Wednesday:
Nutrition: No so great. Only one drink.
Exercise: Nothing
Personal: Had a meeting for my other non profit. So didn't have time to accomplish anything else.

Tonight will be my night. I'm planning on a walk with the dogs and working on social media graphics.

Tuesday:

Nutrition: Did well. Salad/grilled chicken and only one drink
Exercise: Went for a walk. I carried a 20 pound baby around the park. That was a work out.
Personal: Nothing, I was babysitting.

My goals are
1. Nutrition: keep to less processed foods.
2. Fitness: I'm currently doing Core de Force
3. Personal: making sure that I have time to recharge

So far
1. Nutrition: mostly has been okay. Sunday was kind of a cheat day
