1. Nutrition: okay day - appetite is still weird, but I tried to eat all three meals
2. Fitness: I did Freestyle Flow and Re-Vibe again. I am feeling better, but didn't think I should push it with workout #31. The stretching felt so good!

It was an all around crappy day for my goals. I did spend the evening with a couple of girlfriends though. Hope you're feeling better.

It's been a long few days. Things are stressful and I'm having a pity party.

8/24 Saturday Honestly I don't remember.
One drink per day. S-Th & 3 F-Sat and 5 servings fruits and veggies Yes to veggies. yes to drinks I did a good job with eating.
Exercise- At least 10 minutes exercise a day. 15 minutes walking
Personal-Food prepping. Nope

8/25 Sunday
One drink per day. S-Th & 3 F-Sat and 5 servings fruits and veggies Yes to veggies. no to drinks I did a good job with eating.
Exercise- At least 10 minutes exercise a day. 1 hour 30 minutes walking
Personal-Food prepping. Nope

8/26 Monday.
One drink per day. S-Th & 3 F-Sat and 5 servings fruits and veggies close on the veggies. yes to drinks- NONE I was forbidden. I had a kidney biopsy, so that makes that work. I did a good job with eating.
Exercise- At least 10 minutes exercise a day. 15 minutes walking
Personal-Food prepping. Nope I didn't do a darned thing all day.

8/26 Tuesday
One drink per day. S-Th & 3 F-Sat and 5 servings fruits and veggies - short on the veggies. no to drinks. I did a good job with eating.
Exercise- At least 10 minutes exercise a day. 45 minutes walking
Personal-Food prepping. Nope, but my husband did make chicken noodle soup so I have that for lunch for the next few days.
