that is fine Francie i made some and it turned out okay i think it to a lot to mix i used my stand mixed and did the job..

Did you like the Hcg pellets? Did they work better then the drops.. i sent the e-mail to a few of my friends and they are all getting some.. i like the 1 penny shipping..

Amy, I am so sorry I didn't get to you before now on the fondant. I do know how but I usually buy mine pre-made and then paint it (food coloring).

had to run off with my kids to take them to school i bet your D.D. is going to love her cake..
I am worried about my D.D. she says that her stomach hurts every time that she eats.. going to call her doc and find out what i can do for her get her back in to see them again..She has allergies really bad and her meds make her sleepy and could not take them b4 school.. so i need to get that checked out also.. She is so excited for her b-day her dad and i get her a blackberry phone that she just had to have you know kids .. I don;t even keep a cell i can;t afford one with 2 kids that have them and my baby that wants one.. cost way to much and i do not see the need to have one.. I can use one of there's
I am down and changed my tracker.. i just wish that i can keep it off for good.. going to have a nice salad with some smoked turkey for lunch and a taco salad for dinner the rest can have tacos but i am going to stick with the salad with a little meat cheese and avicoda

I am going to do a surprise cake for my daughter and take Sat. when Gage has his cookout party. I'm doing hers a yellow cake, white frosting with pink flowers that look like Shasta Daisies. I'm doing decorated cupcakes for our last Scout group meeting of the year next Monday night. I'm doing white cake mix, white frosting, blue sprinkles and a gold (yellow) fleur-de-lis made from fondant on top of each one.

i love to read and have read some of his books.. Took GiGi to the vet they put of her rabies shot for a bit she is so small she is only 2.8 lbs at 7 months old tiny little Raz my Taz girl..
Her mom is 4.5 she just got a booster shot and i got told that i had some tiny babies King the dad to GiGi is only 5.5 lbs and did not like his check up one bit LOL ..

I can not Waite for my garden to come in picked up some berries for my daughter b-day only to find them cheaper down the road i went to a farm store were they are brought in fresh every day.. But i sure did not like that i could have gotten them a lot less at the other store..

My real whole name is Frances Ellen but I got nick named "Francie" years ago and it stuck. My maiden name is Grisham. Yes, I am related distantly to the author John Grisham.
My Dad had a brother named John also. The author John G has a brother named Jim and so did my Dad. The author John Grisham wrote a book called the Painted House-- and was a movie. That place is only about 30 minute drive from where I live. It's based on a part of his life when he lived there growing up.

my middle is Ruth and my initial were ARM and they are now ARR

She just about had him on her b-day.. my mom had my sister the day after her b-day..

My Grandma was Amy Anna.. i like that a lot but my dads sister wanted Amy Anna so i got Ruth.. My mom like the book of Ruth so i got that..

Me too i love to swim and no way to do that for me in the winter not enough money for the gym we tried that but with 3 kids and sports heck with 3 kids who has any $$ have a good one my friend.. You know what i am almost 5 lbs heavier on my doc scale and you know what it is i am clothed LOL i am so funny some times

Sorry Francis i know how hard it is not to eat.. I went to my doc and i am pretty much a square one again.. 225 i have that i just got down to 218 and back up.. i am saying that is it Tom LOL i just wish that i could stop with them all together.. i can go 6 month then have them again for a few months .. My Doc told me that could go on for years well thanks for that information.. any way to much information i am sure..

Why can some people lose weight with not that much work i hate that i have to work so hard for every pound.. I know your the same way.. I am worried about my daughter watch me struggle with my weight and she is like mom i so do not want to get fat. Well thanks sweet heart i did not think that i would but i did.. I was always the skinny kid what happened.!!!!!

Well, the great shot in my knee is doing what I call the nasty dance with me LOL It was a steroid of course and you know what that does as far as your appetite!!! Yep, it hit me last night like a ton of bricks. Having to work so hard not to eat the house!!

i may have to see if i can get some i need all the help i can get.. i got the cinnamon pills and my D.D. and i take them and there great.. they help with keeping your blood sure on track and my D.D. have lost 5 lbs in just a few weeks.. she do not need to lose any more but she is young and wants to lose 5 to 10 more her doc said it was fine for her i just do not want her to look to thin or starved.. her doc talked to both of us about her diets and wanted to make sure that she was eating like she should.. She is at home no telling at school..
got low fat cottage cheese or fat free i can't remember.. having that with peaches yummy.. for lunch.. salad also with a ton of veggies..

That is great Amy!!! I am hoping to go get a scale by Wed. afternoon. I started back on HCG pellets and back on track with 17 Day full steam today!!!

Today, I had 2 boiled eggs, and yogurt- breakfast
roasted turkey breast tenderloin, beets, blueberries and yogurt for lunch
supper will be tilapia, greens, yogurt, green tea (forgot that this morning)
water, water, water

Instead of ham, use low sodium low fat sliced turkey breast. 2 of these would be our serving then add fruit and you have breakfast!!!

I may do it using liquid egg substitute and liquid whites mixed. Also I would add a tad of no sodium salsa to the egg mixture and Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle. I love spice! emoticon

Since I am supposed to eat gluten free as much as possible, this is really a good plan for me, especially the first 2 cycles. I don't miss the bread & pasta much at all. I sometimes mix my berries, yogurt & some vanilla protein powder in blender and make smoothie for breakfast.

There is a recipe in the book called Mike's Power Cookie. I am wanting to try that.When I have time, I'll post the recipe here for anyone to use. In fact, I could scan all the recipes from the book and copy and paste them here.

I will do Cycle 1 & 2 alternating until I have lost what I want then will go on with Cycle 3 & 4.

Cycle 2 adds some grains back in like brown rice, certain beans I think, whole grain oats maybe. I don't have the book in front of me.

The book needs to be read all the way through so you will understand every aspect and why.

SP posted a blog about it and really sort of blasted it. I put my 2 cents worth in.

Here is what I commented:
I am using this PLAN and it works for me. It is a very good plan for someone who is limited on strenuous exercise. It is also great for diabetics. It is also good for celiacs and carb sensitive folks. There are many things in this PLAN that SP failed to talk about. Just because it doesn't measure up to SP measures, doesn't mean it isn't good and won't work. Different strokes for different folks!!! My MD recommended it to me!!!

Sounds like a pretty easy plan to follow Francie. It sounds like alot of food especially if you can eat liberal amounts of protein. Good idea with the chicken parm!

Here is a good way to fix chicken breast

I call it Chicken Parmesan without the pasta

1 chicken breast grilled
low sodium veggie salsa or low carb spaghetti
sauce
Kraft fat free Parmesan- shake on kind

grill or broil my chicken breast til done. Then put 2 Tblsps of sauce on it and Parmesan then put in oven under broiler for couple minutes
serve with a big salad

Some people on this Plan use the Miracle Noodles and have no problem. I really don"t care for them..

it all depends how much protein and veggies you eat. book says not to track but I try to

don't forget you have to have 2 fruits and 2 yogurts or 1 yogurt and 1 live active cottage cheese or other probiotic food

Francie that was me i am shopping today.. i don't eat eggs so turkey sausage i will get some of that for me today.. i hate getting food just for me but i have to.. i love fruit and vegges so that is not going to be a hard one for me.. at all.. I am so glad that the east candy is gone now.. i am not at sorry to see it gone.. peanut butter eggs yummy.. heck anything Choc .. I have my D.D. b-day on the 20th and i know that that weekend is not going to be a good one.. She wants a bowling party.. i told her only a few friends .. This week will be just a getting used to it. Trial and error phase :-) If you want to really start in earnest, we can start on Sunday. I still have no scale!!! Hope to get one this week. Of course, I'm dreading it though.

Eggplant peeled and sliced thin, sprayed with butter spray on both sides, sprinkle any kind of Mrs. Dash on top side (I like spicy) and then sprinkle with Kraft Fat Free Parmesan and place on nonstick baking sheet- bake til golden.

Today was not good at all. Major thing was I didn't have anything in the house to eat that I needed!!!! I have filled my pantry so can get back on track tomorrow. HAVE TO!!!

The Daily Plan at a Glance for Cycle 1-Accelerate:

(Look at list in previous post to see what is allowed and not allowed)
** at least 17 minutes or more good exercise each day
** at least 64 ounces water, not including the green tea
** Every morning before breakfast- juice of half lemon in cup of hot water- may use 1 pkt of Stevia or Truvia in it

Breakfast:

We don't actually have to record weight here in the morning, if you don't want to. Just keep track of it.
We'll record our LOSS on Sat. morning. or each day if you like but I am going to each Sat.

The first time I did cycle 1 I lost 10 pounds in 17 days!!! I had some issues that set me back but am now ready to go for the goal line!!!

This is a very healthy plan for losing weight. It is very good for diabetics.It is very good for anyone It is easy to follow.
Meal plans are all laid out but you can do your own as long as you follow what you are supposed to eat. There are also recipes in the back. It is set up in 17 day cycles. Each cycle is 17 days long. If you want to get the book and read it, you can get used copies on Amazon.com. I think Walmart may have it also.

Amy and I are going to start this on Sunday. Anyone is welcome to join us. WE CAN DO THIS!!!!
