The more steps we can do every day the better we feel.
that is the beauty of keeping track. We have a base to work from and gradually improve. Good luck to all of us in that department! We can do it.

great!
maybe start tomorrow. Had blood work done this morning so left it in my purse.
I wear it on my ankle (look like I am tethered!) so as not to miss a step!

Amy, there is a step conversion chart that you can use to convert any type of exercise into steps depending on how long you do it. I thought I posted that on here a long time ago. I'll have to look and bring back again. Swimming is great exercise.

If you wear a pedometer or count your steps/miles with just walking, you can record them here if you wish. We will use the standard 2,000 steps = 1 mile.
