I've been aiming for a 500 calorie deficit daily since the new year. This means I have to do at least 10 mins walk every day (I aim for more most days) and it's working. I've lost most of what I gained over Christmas and hope to continue down to goal weight...

Not on the slopes this thime....I had already booked my hotel for a week and I'm wondering what should I do,,,,wait and see my leg if it heals before and of Feb????Magical healing, that's what I need!!!

It's a new year...January is almost over. I am grateful for the starting over momentum of the New Year! Yay! Last night I started going back to Tuesday night yoga. So Tuesday is tennis and yoga day. Today is rest day. I get up on Monday and go to the gym early. Thursday and Friday are flexible. Either home DVD workout, 2 mile walk with dog, and/or gym workout. That's the routine plan for this year.
