I started at 144, and only weighed in a couple times so far. My mid-cleanse weight was 139. Today is my 12th and final day, and i will weigh in later today when i go to the gym.
I think it's also important to weigh in a week after the cleanse. That is a more accurate measurement of your cleansing success for a few reasons:
a. At the end of a cleanse, your body is completely empty, whereas normally you have things being 'processed' (to put it politely) in your intestines/stomach/other digestive organs.
b. The way you treat your body in the first week after the cleanse is very important! If you are healthy and gentle with the ease-out process, you may gain very little back, and set yourself on the road to healthy habits. If you binge on all the foods you've been dreaming about for the last two weeks, you'll likely regain all the weight and then some!
