A well-rounded article that provides tips on performing push-ups with or without equipment. It's great the authors indicates using steps as a way to train your body to do a push-up. Good advice!

I recently began doing Qi Gong in addition to daily walking, legs exercises for my lower back, & lite arm weights. Was wanting to add another activity & this seems like a good goal to add twice a week. Will be starting from scratch & this seems like a good way to progress; like the stair idea.
