This article is okay but it says to weigh yourself before and after your workout to know how much water to drink. Just prior to reading this I read an article that said to limit weigh ins to every week or every other week. It's strange to find conflicting advice in SparkPeople articles. Report

I was addicted to Diet Cola. I drank at least a case a week...that's 24 cans. Oh my, no wonder I wasn't losing weight. I now drink water 90% of the time and flavored water the rest of the time. I also drink 96 ounces per day! Thanks for the informative article! Report
