Very good article. It seemed to cover all points if you are beginning a weight loss program. I think the hardest part of the weight loss process is the first step. Portioning food, beginning an exercise routine, journaling, etc. The first step is hard. Report
Good article and good info. I add most everything to my "favorites" That makes it a lot easier to track on an ongoing basis. It's a lot of work and takes some time in the beginning but once you have it, it makes tracking a whole lot easier. Report

looks good on paper and we all know it works when we eat healthy. the tracker makes me nuts when it can find a simple food or you get 20 choices so i stop tracking . Report
