I reached my goal weight but I keep losing weight. Or I gain some back and then drop below my goal weight. I have lupus, fibromyalgia and chronic migraines so weight training is hard on my joints. And I tend not to have much of an appetite most of the time due to pain. What should I do to help keep my weight stable? Report
