What appears to be the finish line is actually the starting line for the next phase.
I'll decide when I get there. Having just retired I will be relocating & going into a whole new phase of life. I'm sure there will be lots of options.

I reached my goal weight but I keep losing weight. Or I gain some back and then drop below my goal weight. I have lupus, fibromyalgia and chronic migraines so weight training is hard on my joints. And I tend not to have much of an appetite most of the time due to pain. What should I do to help keep my weight stable?

Good need-to-know information!
Best advice I would offer: join SP team At Goal and Maintaining or Transitioning to Maintaining for resources to help maintain that goal weight. Stop the yoyo!
