McDonalds morning, an Egg McMuffin is a good choice. Our Burger King got rid of the Morning Star Veggie Burger and added the Impossible Burger instead. Don’t care for those. Miss the choice of a veggie Burger. Another reason to just not go there.
How is all this sodium a “healthy” option?

Too bad most had lots of sodium.
The only fast food I do with regularity is Chick-Fil-A and I treat myself to the old stand-by Chick-Fil-A sandwich. Not really so bad as it is not fried. Also, McDonalds for a sausage egg MacMuffin when we are leaving town on vacation. Traditional in the car on the road breakfast.

Your idea of healthy and mine are very different. Some of those items contain very high amounts of sodium, some almost 2,000 mg. The RDA for sodium for healthy people is 2,300 mg/day. For those with certain health issues like high blood pressure, it's 1,500 mg/day.
All too carby! Yes @debyby4576 Subway didn’t bother listing carbs at all but you can have anything on the menu as a salad.... sans bred of course. :-)
