Thanks. I am on the ketogenics food plan, and i don't eat most of these foods. I cook from scratch and add them to my recipe box. Then I don't have to search for the menu that is close to what I have eaten when I chart my nutrition.

This is why posting my nutrition data on this site is sooooo frustrating! I mostly cook from scratch, and I have to scroll through so many dozens of prepared food items to get to the homemade option. It takes four or five times as long as it should, and it often just doesn't seem worth it.
