I have tried a gentle yoga and chair yoga classes. Enjoy them. Have very bad knees and a lot of arthritis. Benefit much from them. Some of the poses, I have done but there are fhose that will not happen unless I get new knees. LOL Report

Stretching helps. Report
I have arthritis, fibromyalgia, and connective tissue disease. I do these poses often. Great stretches. Never to the point of pain, just enough to stretch everything out. Listen to your body. You'll know how much stretch is enough for you Report
