I do most of these after my warm up. But cow pose is tough. Would love to print these up. Thanks to both trainers.
Funny- I am not a runner OR a yogi, but I do most of these on a regular basis!
I have tried a gentle yoga and chair yoga classes. Enjoy them. Have very bad knees and a lot of arthritis. Benefit much from them. Some of the poses, I have done but there are fhose that will not happen unless I get new knees. LOL

I have arthritis, fibromyalgia, and connective tissue disease. I do these poses often. Great stretches. Never to the point of pain, just enough to stretch everything out. Listen to your body. You'll know how much stretch is enough for you
