oh my thanks for this article
Such wisdom is worthwhile even on the third reading
I labeled a page in my Journal, My Great Life Adventure.
thank you for sharing your story, that was awesome, keep up the great work
Thank you for sharing your story. It really made me think about what I have been doing to my body and how changing the way I eat can help. I suffer from a disease and can relate to a lot of what you said. I can't exercise at this point. I worked as a custodian at a high school and had to quit due to my disease. It was a very active job and now I can't do much of anything. I have zero exercise tolerance due to my breathing, so not being able to be active like I was previously, it is so much easier to gain weight. I know that at times I have been self-medicating with food. I know that it hurting me instead of helping me. Your story is helping me to see that there is other ways of coping.
Interesting thought I had need thought about food is this light!
I wonder how much damage we do to ourselves either out of ignorance of the ill effects of our actions, or because we have always done it that way!
Thank you for sharing and being encouraging❤. You're an inspiration to me. I have chronic pain (sciatica) and scoliosis. Your article has a lot of good information that is helpful to me☺
