I do mindful walking a focus on how my foot feels when it contacts the ground. Report
for plantar fasciitis sufferers- Take a small (16-20 oz) bottle of water and freeze it. Place a towel on the floor in front of a chair. Place the bottle on the towel. Sit and place your foot on the bottle. Then roll the bottle back and forth under your foot until you get tired of doing it. That brought a lot of relief to me, Report
I think I have plantar fascitis, along with achilles tendon problems. Another reason to keep losing weight! Report
