This article was very helpful. Thank you!
Thanks for the information.
I like the idea of turning to a friend or buddy to exercise with. If anyone is looking for someone to exercise with and be accountable to, I'm interested. Just let me know
The struggle is real.
I try to go for hot tea first to be certain I am only eating when I am hungry.
I eat out of boredom so I only eat now when I am hungry.
This article described exactly what I was dealing with for years. I couldn’t explain it but now I realize it was feeling out of control and hopelessness that we’re my triggers. Great article and yes I do use exercise as my stress buster!
Wow! This is something I've got to get a handle on!
Food binging is tougher at times especially during the holidays
About two weeks after I started Spark People, I began having the worst cravings EVER! I tried eating low carb, and that's when it all started. I couldn't control it. It was like I could feel my brain going berserk if I didn't get the sugar I wanted.
Also, I did struggle with emotional eating at the time. I can thank God that I didn't get an eating disorder.
It's all about priority. I've worked with mental health patients for 20 years. Most of the time, you get the whole "yea but"..If it matters to you, you will do what needs done to help yourself feel better.
