I love this article but am surprised to find that while SP endorses this article this line in it: "Fats to avoid are found in commercial baked goods, margarine..."
contradicts some of the foods SP recommends in our daily nutrition tracker meal plans....margarine has been suggested a few times in my food list substitutions....

I will stick with ghee, olive oil, and coconut oil.
