Until I dropped the “diet” approach my journey was not successful. Once I focused on creating a lifestyle to live instead of a diet to lose, I began to see results.

Other than the new recipe a week, I do try to follow these points. I’ve lost 85 pounds so guess it’s working for me. :) Report
