I belong to a Boot Camp Class that will modify any exercise for people - based on ability or injury. I see all types of people there - from elite athletes to very obese. Everyone works together and is super supportive! Report
One of the main things I have noticed is that a lot of exercise is not meant for heavier/curvier people. Which seems backwards to me. We need more of these things here. Report
