Great Tips! Thanks for sharing this one!!!!
Thank you for the article
This article gives me some much needed hope. I recently attended 3 funerals of neighbors who committed suicide violently, probably due to financial woes. But the article says that nearly half of Americans face financial woes- isn't that way too high to be accurate?
PH water is lemon water, easy and affordable. Yes, organic Grassfed meats are expensive but so is medical insurance. Big difference between healthcare and health insurance
I do purchase grassfed meat as I have a gluten allergy. I prepare all my meals at home which does save money as well as doctor visits.
If you don't have a gluten allergy you don't need to eat gluten free.
Learn to grow organic vegetables as the health benefits of having a garden have helped me lose over a 100 pounds. I can or freeze my yeild which also contributes to my saving account. Make bone broth and freeze as bone broth is a great healer that provides essential nutrition for a healthy gut, diabetes as well as for inflammation.
Amazing how everything ties togeather.

Stress is a killer, it's good to know how to deal with it.
Great tips! Thanks!
There is not now, nor will there likely ever be GMO oats. So that's not a concern. Perhaps you made that up to be funny, but it isn't, because GMO crops are really bad for the environment. More so than you realize. They were created specifically to increase the pesticide load that plants can take up from pesticide applications. You really need that? That's not what I want in my diet!
