This is a timely article as I usually have 5 hrs or less of sleep every night due to chronic pain. Last night it was about 3.5. I know it's caused my waistline to spread even tho I've not gained wt and that lack of focus? Yep, that's a big one.
Today sleep is an important part of my health program. Report
