Just finished my spring marathon this past Saturday & I feel amazing! A good yoga class took care of any tight muscles and an easy brisk walk! I have booked a full month off from running until I begin the 18 week training for the fall marathon. Exhilarating! Report

I always have run an easy 3 mile run the following day after the marathon. It’s tough to get out there and do it but I find it help ease tense muscles. Sitting and doing nothing tightness my muscles and makes recovery worse. Report
