Oh how true this is. I just changed/added my strength exactly for the stated reasons #1 & #2 and I woke up with some sore muscles (something I havent had in a while) so I know switching things up makes a difference. Report

Great advice to know when my workout is not working for me. Unfortunately, I have yet to be motivated to get involved in daily exercising. I will have to keep reading.
