I try to go to bed around the same time each night and get at least 8 hours. I think it helps if you stay on a schedule.

I usually feel the lost of sleep during the time change each year and feel it come back when the time change goes back to normal. otherwise enjoy getting a few more things done before night fall hits.

I usually feel the loss of sleep during the time change for Day Light savings time . but feel the extra hour we loose each year come back and feel well rested during the fall & winter months. when the time change comes back to normal .

Sleep is something I tend to skimp on in order to accomplish all the other things I feel need done. But no more. Sleep is going to be first on my list.

That is why I love my new jawbone up. Not only does it keep track of my steps and what I eat and drink but also my sleep!

Sleep time seems to be what I skip if other things are a priority
Will try to make sleep a priority one day at a time
