Stop making excuses and just get out there and do your workout first thing in your day. The longer you procrastinate and make excuses for not exercising, the more likely it is that you'll skip exercise altogether--which also means skipping the good results you get from it.

I just discovered yoga and I love it. Problem is I also love my other exercise routine. I'm trying to work it out where I can do both. and not kill myself. At 76 I've got to slow down a little bit. lol.

I'm learning to love this one! Some days I just don't want to get moving but I get myself out the door by convincing myself I can do once around the block. So far, I have never stopped at that -- just keep on going!

I love this one. I never "feel like getting up and exercising". Once I start I tell myself "just do twenty minutes", 50-55 minutes later I'm finished and feel great.
