You can take longer than 30 mins to eat a meal. if you have time to eat a meal you have time for a workout.

I made excuses for a long time and one day I was doing my Spark and I came across this quote. I thought about how little time out of my day exercise took and that's all it took for me to get started. Now It just comes naturally. Thanks SparkPeople

Exercising for ten minutes is not a problem Try to get some people who doesn't exercise to do 10 minutes and they have not got time, sad!

This is a terrific reminder. I do better with two 15-minute sessions--it's too easy to feel proud of myself and let that third one go!
