Thank you Nicole. Due to chronic illness and huge weight gain due to steroids and other meds, my muscles and balance are weak and almost totally gone. I struggle through your videos but I feel a little improvement with each session.

My favorite video! Not too demanding in the morning and doable for me. It makes a difference!
Back to basics. Different surgery, same deal: this time no weight on the feet (both in boots); last time (a few years ago) full left leg immobilizer. But thanks to these workouts six weeks go by quickly. And it’s amazing to feel strength as it returns.

Nicole's "seated exercises" are all wonderful. I do this one, the 9-Minute Seated Arm & Shoulder Workout, and 11-Minute Chair Cardio Workout at least 3 times a week. I change up the routine using her other seated workouts also. Her guidance is always spot-on and I never get tired of her delightful attitude. I do add my own music selections in the background to help spur me on. Thanks Nicole!
Yes! I do this video almost daily, sometimes 2 times a day. IF I've been on computer allot, it helps me stretch. I love this quickie!
Forgot to ask. Can you do this workout every day?
Recovering from a long illness and a huge weight gain. Couldn't even lift my feet off the floor when I began and couldn't stretch without pain. Am doing the whole workout. Still room for improvementl as I get stronger but can't tell you how it helps to be able to sit as my legs are not strong enough to stand for long periods. Thank you thank you!
4 years ago, dh had open-heart surgery (he's doing fine); I had lost 70lbs with SP; and was looking/feeling good. This was my favorite ST. I swear she went through these a lot slower then. 8-) It feels good to be back!
This has become my favorite workout, and great for tight muscles in a wheelchair.
I didn't think this seated exercise workout would do much, but I can REALLY feel it.
