Day 2 done and dusted :-) Also repeated Day 1 as some parts are hard for me and hoping to gain flexibility as I progress with the difficult bits.

Just saw this 7-day boot camp. It is just long enough for me to do while on 1/2 hour lunch. Thank you! I feel I can accomplish some exercising while at a desk all day. Will look for this the remainder of the week.

day 2 we one complete. Seemed a lot easier/faster than yesterday. The stretching felt great though! I am surprised how easy the lunges were. I was sure my knees would be screaming! lol

workout is gr8 bt 1 thing i codnt undrstand was in the chart it shows 30 min workout but in vdo its of 10 mint? so we have to perform it 3 times?kindly help me out in it!
