17 Minute Barre Workout. I saved this one for last. Wasn't sure I could do it. But I did. 😄 Had a little trouble once we got down on the floor but I plan to do this more. Eventually, I'll get the floor exercises better. This is a great 17 minute work out. Hope I can save it on SPTV My Workouts. Report
I LOVED this workout. I took a ballet exercise class FORTY years ago and loved it! Turns out I became pregnant at the very beginning of the class- boy was it hard to "tuck in your tummy" for the instructor after a time. The class was upstairs and I still recall having jello legs coming back down after class. Report
FYI -I just looked it up in ballet info and the word is plie pronounced plee ay meaning bending at the knees. Report
What does the word sounding like "clee-eh" mean. She uses this word alot in the workout video. Report
