First time doing this, couldn't do it weights so I continued without them. I still felt the stretch. I will improve in time. Felt good Report
These are great workouts but if you are wanting to get rid of your flabby arms, you need to concentrate on your triceps more with heavier weights and tricep dips. Look specifically for triceps exercises on youtubes. There are heaps of them. Report

This video is exactly what I was looking for as I recover from a broken leg. Thank you Coach Nicole and Sparkpeople! I suggest people start with a 1 pound weight and work up to more slowly. No weights? Use a filled bottle of water in each hand! Report
