Oh my goodness, that was so hard on the backs of my thighs - so I'm adding this one to my regular workout plans!
LOVE my roller!!! It helps with all the tight muscles and also gives me quite the workout!!
Right now I am dealing with a broken left foot and mostly using my knee scooter so both of my legs are stressed out!! Or rather they WERE!! Foam roller to the RESCUE!!

Can this exercise be done with a 9" core ball? If not then I guess I will try this with my stability ball.

I love my foam roller and wish I could afford a second one; the one I have is black and rigid; the while ones are a little softer and useful for different exercises. I use my roller every day and it stays right on my living room floor except when company comes. For me I need to roll the inside of my thighs; my hamstrings are pretty strong at this time.
