Tone your thighs in just 9 minutes with a stability ball. These targeted exercises and stretches will help you develop tighter and firmer muscles over time.
I love this workout. Feels great and love the stretch and how it really warms up those muscles.
My muscles felt that good kind of fatigue after a terrific stretch and work out. This was great.
good work out
Working with this ball is great support for my lower back, thanks! great exercises for legs.
Wow great that really burns ! feels awesome thank you !!
WOW! That really burns! Great work out!
how many calories will you burn doing this exercise?
Awesome! I love the inner thigh exercise with "butterfly legs" on the ball!! Way to go Coach Nicole! Thank you!
Loved this one. No impact so it is something I can do.
This is my first day with the "bootcamp", so I missed the others. But this was on the front page, so why not! I found this a good morning "get your tush moving" workout. I did find the first one particularly difficult to stay balanced with. I just got an exercise ball the other day, so I'm still getting used to it.
Cheryl, I save the videos to my pintrest page. I just have to pull up my exercise page on Pinterest and there are all my videos.
I wish there was a way to save the videos so I could pull them up each day and use them. I am new here so if there is a way, please let me know. Thanks! :D
I did this one after my cardio workout. Felt good and was relaxing!!
Like the video but I have to get me a ball
Did the video get removed, because I don't see it?
