Small Success of the Week
Jessica recently posted in the Community Goal Feed that she was celebrating a 20-day streak of not having any soda—and the streak is still going!
What's your overall goal?
My overall goal is to become healthier in general and to be within a healthy BMI range.
How is SparkPeople helping you get there?
SparkPeople helps me stay accountable to myself each and every day, along with giving me a place to be inspired when I am feeling alone in my weight-loss journey.
What's your biggest challenge right now?
My biggest challenge right now is sugar cravings at night!
What advice do you have for someone who just joined SparkPeople today?
My advice to everyone is to track your food! We're not taught proper portion sizes and it's easy to lose sight of how many calories we're ingesting.
