Hi! My 1/2 marathon training is going well. I did 6 miles on Saturday and my husband even joined me for it. I just wish we didn't have so many big hills where we live! Thanks for asking :) Fortunately I'm gaining lean muscle, unfortunately that means the scale isn't moving. It's frustrating, but I can feel the difference in my body and know it's getting healthier even if the scale is stuck. We CAN do it! 1719 days ago

I'm doing alright. I'm training for a half marathon so that forces me to workout almost every day (2 rest days each week, so I just walk on those days). My eating is going well, but I've learned my body does not tolerate dairy and especially gluten well. I really shouldn't eat them and that is tough on the mental side of things. ... I measure myself on the first of every month and keep the numbers in a little notebook. This really helps when the scale doesn't change much. I'm usually pleasantly surprised when I measure and it's great motivation going into the next month. Maybe try that :) 1752 days ago
