Thank you for the goodie Court. What a lovely surprise and I'm sure the one you sent to you would be a lovely surprise too, lol.
It may interest you further to hear that I was visiting my other son today. He lives in a village just outside the small town called Douglas, lol. It used to be the ancestral home of the Earl of Douglas and they had connections with the village where I live too. I have a vague recollection that the local castle was owned by the Douglas family in the 1600/1700s.
You travel several thousand miles and find someone from home, lol.

Court, howdy FB friend. I love the profile picture. Hope things have been well with you, life has been busy for me but not so busy it's a reason to not keep up! We're in the midst of winter here, we've had 11 days of snowfall so far this February so we're feeling the cold! Still walk dogs with my neighbor twice a day and on these very chilly days we feel pretty virtuous. Have a new project to keep me busy at home, and some new job duties to keep me busy at work so no complaints. Hubby is planning to retire in June so there will be big changes in the household then. I however, don't have retirement plans yet! Again, hope life is treating you well. take care! Nell 382 days ago
