I am a 36 year old lady who doesn't have kids, I am married and work as a full time teacher. I have been off work due to reconstructive dental surgeries which failed, (front dental implant) so I will have to redo everything all over again, first they have to extract the implant... in about 3-4 months, and then get bone grafting..... and then place another implant if it all goes to plan. So about 3 more surgeries...I am so looking forward to! During my time off work I decided to create a goal to do become super flexible in order to feel better about myself since right now the mirror is not on my good side. I love supporting people with their goals and more than happy to share my journey here with you guys. I will be posting my stretching progress each Sunday and hopefully I will stick with it. So far I got already people emailing me reminding me to do my workout. I am so impressed with the love and support I have already been given. Anyone wants to be part of my journey, feel welcome.

Fitness Minutes: 0

My Goals:
To do full side splits, full front splits and to be able to fully bend my back all the way forward and be able to place my hands flat under my feet while doing a full forward bend.


My Program:
I must stretch each day for 20 minutes each day. If I can do two sets of 40 that's a plus. Simple as that. I cannot take a simple day off.



Personal Information:
I will be having some dental reconstructive surgery in a few months so I am not looking forward to it. I must work on my stretches each day to keep my mind distracted and keep me going. This way after the surgery I will have to just work to continue my routine.


Other Information:
I teach so I have a very hectic life, and because I give my work 1000 % of myself, I often use that as an excuse to run away from my problems/ healthy habits. Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays are usually my (I WANT TO QUIT) days.
