    thanks for stopping by.....you commented on my blog about insulin resistance.
    My head needs to weigh in daily (and if i don't ...My inner child acts like ... look nobody is watching...go for it). So I don't obsess with a 2 pound fluctuation, but it keeps me aware. I'm 5'11" barefoot...I was limiting myself to around 1300 calories for a long while and still not losing.

    But I know I need to boost my activity level as well.

    Thanks for the advice on the HRM. I can't wait to use it and I have been waiting so long to hit this darn 30 pound mark ~ maybe its the push I need to get there?

    What kind of heart rate monitor do you use?
