Introduction Text Thanks for stopping by! I have spent a LOT of energy and time fighting with my weight and fighting with food. That ends. Now. I'm back, and this is it. I've found a program called DDP Yoga that is totally great and I'm pushing it to the limit. I've been doing this program religiously since June 2013 and I absolutely cannot say enough great stuff about it! Get my health back, get rid of the weight, again, and get moving. As the oldest member of my team at work, I need to be able to keep up. I feel dumb falling behind because they are walking too fast. :( I don't want to feel that way anymore!

Watching my eating, moving more, sitting less, walking lots. Drinking lots of water, and going to the gym at least 3 times a week for an hour each time.
