Hello my name is Polly. Welcome to my page!
I started my weight loss journey when I hit 202 pounds. With the help of a number of diets I got down to 168.
My health did not improve and I was having a number of health issues and slipped off the diets and before I knew it I was up to 188 pounds.
Starting over at 188 . All diets work but some not best for your health so I am done with diets and focusing on a healthy lifestyle .

My Goals:
To change my eating habits. To get at least 7 hours of sleep. To get fresh air and some sunshine every day. Stay Hydrated. Move my body more. Get my waist under 35 inches. In time hoping my weight will be 145 or under. It is not my desire to be skinny. Improve my health.
My Program:
Limit meat to a few times a week. Mostly a plant based diet. Exercise 6 days a week consisting of yoga or some form of stretching, light dumbbells and walking and dancing.
Personal Information:
I am 70 years old. My philosophy is forget your age and keep your enthusiasm.
