This picture is about 50 pounds ago. Geez. Time moves on. Have been overweight so long and don’t want to stay this way. With this crazy COVID I am working at home and my step count has plummeted. I can actually tell I am gaining weight because I am eating way to often. I eat if I am bored or just to snack and isolated, I am bored LOTS. I just feel heavier. Also have a torn meniscus that limits what I can do. Sounds like a lot of excuses but it isn’t, just truth. I really want to make a change and need to start somewhere! That somewhere is HERE and TOMORROW.

My Goals:
My first goal is to make it to tomorrow!

I would like to lose 2 pounds a week...but expect to lose more at first and always get stuck at 11 pounds so passing that is important.

I want to meet my daily step count. Right now that is 5,000 steps. We are in this crazy COVID lockdown and I am working at home. My step count has dropped to nothing.

I want to log ALL my food, the real food, the real amounts.

To add water to my day.

To except NO EXCUSES from myself or others.


My Program:
Food 1200 to 1500 calories a day
I know I need protein or get super tired. Don’t eat nuts.
8 glasses of water. .... this is ambitious for me, I don’t drink water. Does coffee count?







Personal Information:
I live in AZ where it is so hot that this weight should just be dripping off me. Have had a rough couple years. My husband of 40 years died, job change, huge finance change and now with COVID, my 401 is being destroyed. I am alone in this endeavor, live in a rural place, limited to what is around, and have a blown meniscus. I have a treadmill.


Other Information:
Failure is not an option. Who I am to become starts today.

    I started my journey on 09/05/2006 and I did not expect for it to happen....I lost 30lbs in 4 months!!!

    It does become a habit and you will succeed. This is a GREAT site and best of all it's FREE!! You have nothing to lose but weight and you are motivating soooo many which is the BEST FEELING EVER!!

    and remember if motivation leaves you, find will power and reel him on in :)
