Introduction Text Hi, I made up my name because I am on a food plan where I eat 300 calories every 3 hours up to about 5 times a day if I need to. I have lost 8 lbs. in the last 2 months, and it's really working for me. I am one of those snackers who think I'm going to die if I have to wait 5 hours to eat a meal. I am disabled, had polio as a kid, and it's hard to find exercises I can do. So now I am using an exercise bike 45 minutes a day. I am 62, mom of 4 and grandma of one. I am a widow, but I now have a special man in my life, and it's easier to stick with this food plan. I have 3 dogs, a horse, 3 cats, and a bunny, and we live in a rural area. I need to lose about 50 lbs to overcome a lot of health problems. I love doing knitting and crocheting, but it's sedentary, and I need to move around more.
