Introduction Text I've been tracking my progress on SparkPeople since January 1, 2011. Actually, I joined in August of 2010 but became so overwhelmed with the website that I dropped off. I'm so glad I received an email inviting me back for the 28 Day Bootcamp Challenge in January. That challenge changed my life! I became motivated again, made new friends, and gained some much needed confidence in myself. I hope the Fall Challenge will re-motivate me to take better care of myself and focus on my health and well-being. Lately, I have let other things get in the way... I want 2013 to be a year of health and happiness. SparkPeople is a step I'm taking for myself.

I track my food and fitness daily and attempt to de-stress every chance I get!
